The Saudi Library and Information Association was established in 1400/1401 AH by a decision of the Scientific Council at King Saud University. The association's work developed as an extension of the knowledge vision and the national message that it adhered to and developed in order to develop scientific thought and professional skill in the field of library and information specialization.
